RULES AND CONDITIONS
Your age is that which you are on 8th February 2020
ENTRIES & REGISTRATION
Online Entries: Close at 5pm on Tuesday 4th Feb 2020 or earlier if limits are reached.
Entries on the day from 8am & close 1 hour before the start of each race. Once you have entered, you need to register to collect your timing chip and sample bag etc. Registration closes 15 minutes before the start of each race. Due to minor compulsory road closures for the cycle legs between 10am and 1pm, all competitors should ensure they are at the race compound before 10am
Will take place 10 minutes before each race adjacent to the finish line with a final briefing taking place on the beach at the start line.
Are asked to remain OUTSIDE the recovery and finish areas at all times and OUT of the bike compound. Marshals will assist competitors.
All finishers will receive a Nestle Sample Bag including a Rash Shirt (see table below), Milo and Milo products, as well as a Finishers Medal. Trophies will be presented to the winner and runner-up in each age category (male and female). excluding Enticer. With entries on the day, shirt sizes are subject to availability.

All Races Sanctioned by: TRIATHLON NSW
Competitors in ALL races MUST wear the MILO or swim cap issued at registration during the wade/ swim leg. Shoes must be worn in the cycle and run/walk legs in races 1, 2 & 3, optional in race 4 & 5. To support our sponsor, it is recommended that competitors wear the Milo shirt (issued at registration) in the bike and run legs. See below for bike equipment.

8, 9 & 10 years - 3 km to corner of Arakoon Rd. and Phillip Dr. & return
11, 12 & 13 years – 6 km to Gap Beach Road and return
14 & above – 9 km to Lighthouse Road and return
Exit and re-entry via lower kiosk from transition area
Road closed for Cycle leg
5 years – 250-metre beach run/walk
6 & 7 years – 500 m beach run/walk
8, 9 & 10 years – 500 m sprint
11, 12 & 13 years – 1 km bush track and return
14 & above – 2 km bush track and return
INFORMATION FOR RIDERS
- Race 1 road opens 11am
- Race 2 road opens 12:15pm
- Race 3 road opens 1pm
- Tail vehicles will assist riders not finished within these times by transporting them back to the compound.
5–7 years $25
8-13 years $30
ENTICER 14 years and above $35
(increased entry fees include the new National Park Entry fee of $3)
Note: A one day licence fee from Triathlon NSW this year for all non Tri Australia members.

Closing Date: Online entries close at 5.00pm Tuesday 4th February 2020. Late entries will be accepted on race day up to 1 hour prior to the race start time and a $5.00 late entry fee will apply.
OUTDOOR ADVENTURE EARLY ENTRY LUCKY DRAW
At the presentation one lucky winner will receive a bike valued at $549 from Outdoor Adventure, South West Rocks
The Winner must be present to claim the prize.
